  3. Input into the MLS and then prays someone wants to look at it

  5. Advise yo to accept whatever offer comes your way 

If  you're a buyer:

  1. You are ready to look at homes— you are e-mailed a list to go through
  2. Set up a meeting with a Lender (maybe)
  3. Show you a few homes
